Stand next to a court fence or post, holding onto it with one hand for support. Stand tall on your left leg, keeping a slight bend in your knee to stabilize your body. Swing your right leg forward and backward in a smooth, controlled motion.

Perform ten swings on your right leg, gradually increasing the height of the swing as your hip warms up. Do not let your lower back arch excessively at the top of the movement. Switch legs and perform ten swings on your left leg.
